  If the staff doesn't uderstand English very well they don't call on a staff member who speaks better English. My family called me and the call was sent to another room. All automated call information is in Spanish, they should include English as it is so close to the boarder. They want Americans here? Use the blue cabs at the hotel, they are honest and speak better English. DO NOT USE RED CABS they tend to kidnap Americans to ATM machines. I didn't feel Welcome being American. In short they need to improve comunications and customer service.

  I stayed in a time share unit--more like two hotel rooms w/adjoining door. One room had a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and basic dishes/utensils. It does not have a living room area, but both rooms had a table w/chairs. The time share beds are very soft and comfortable. If your shower dribbles...there is a lever on the faucet to adjust water pressure. It took us a day to find it. Pool and beach area are very nice. Pool staff was great!! I'd go back again w/o reservation. I looked in the other hotel rooms and they look to need remodeling.
