    Service was excellent. truly were treated like we were at a 5 star hotel. the room was immaculate. i can only think of two things that would keep this hotel ...

    Service was excellent. Truly were treated like we were at a 5 Star Hotel. The room was immaculate. I can only think of two things that would keep this hotel from a 5 Star would be the bed and the towels could have been softer....The beaches have been damaged by the hurricanes but they were working on rebuilding the erosion. Pools were beautiful and lots of lounge chairs so you didn't feel crowded. Food was good and the price was amazing. Bang for buck would go back in a heartbeat!

    Overall was a great hotel. A little overpriced on meals. Didn't like the fact I had to purchase internet time. The hotel staff were friendly and very cordial. This was a Great vacation for my daughter and myself. We plan on coming back next year.

    During my stay at this hotel, i attended a conference. The group rates negotiated through the hotel were more than twice the amount I paid on the travel website. This hotel was supposed to be a five-star. In my room the mirror in the bathroom should have been replaced. Due to spots within the mirror surface. Additionally, the toilet needed a new seat. Most employees were curtious and did a good job. However, the employees at the front desk, didn't seem to have a problem lying to you. The food was ok, but i would give it a two-star. Based on coversations with friends and relatives if you go to Cancun it is much better to go to an all-inclusive resort.

    We had a great experience here, I loved it. the atmosphere was great the people, the service, it was very neat and clean something I'll always look forward to in a hotel. The restaurants are awesome, I definately recomend it and will love to stay here again.
