  The hotel was pretty and the room was nice and clean. I did feel the responce for assistance was less than par. This hotel has a water park, and to get in you need a wristband. This was supposed to be given when we checked in but the representative forgot. We called to request them, and they first sent up two additional room keys, then finally the wrist bands came. This process probably took an hour. We also asked for extra towels and they never came. They did respond quickly to our request to have our room clean at a certain time. They did this very well. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and would definitely go back. The water slides and lazy river is great when you have kids. Also, it's a great location with plenty of places to eat and a movie theater connected to a mall close by.

  If you're looking for a nice, quiet, relaxing getaway this shoudn't be your first choice. Although Splashtopia is fun after many cocktails, there are too many rude adults/children running around unsupervised which got annoying very quickly. Not only that, but the walls were extremely thin in the rooms, beautiful hotel room and grounds, but you could hear the neighbors and had to be quiet in your own room. We had a huge issue with our rude neighbor which made it slightly unpleasant. And I definitely recommend not getting a room close to Splashtopia unless you want to be in the heart of all the kids, yuck. Some of the staff was great, but very young (16 years old!) so it was not always professional, quality, top notch service that you might be used to when visiting a resort. The adult pool was extremely small and ran out of lounge chairs quickly so I suggest getting there as soon as possible.

  My boyfriend and i stayed at this hotel because our destination the sea mountain spa was full. We went to the amazing couples resort nudespa or sea mountain and found for future visits we can spend the night at this hotel and spend the day and eves at the nude resort sea mountain inn -- we wish they were not always sold but this is a good value

  Rancho Las Palmas never disappoints. Beautiful location, great rooms and close by to restaurants and shopping. Especially liked the ice cold cucumber water in the lobby! Have stayed there so many times and will stay there again.

  Very nice place to spend a few days - especially if you have a family. Lots of things to do on the property - lazy river, water slide, tennis, golf. Room was large, well maintained. Had a lake-side room so enjoyed the first floor room a lot as the kids (and we) could watch the ducks right of the porch.
