  We enjoyed out stay at this central loacted hotel. Very nice, five star, and wonderful staff. We did not eat in the restaurant, but the buffet breakfast was great. We shared a standard double room, that had two double beds in it, not queen size. I plan to stay here again on my next trip.

  if you like being close to the action and shopping then your not going to get much better than this location and hotel. i say its one of the best hotels i've stayed atin all my travels. Warm friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel with some great amenities. an excellent value.

  Staff is friendly and accomodating, security is evident as is the level of professionalism by staff members. Lobby and rooms are clean but somewhat outdated and some rooms smaller than you'd otherwise be able to get at a four star in Buenos Aires, but the location cannot be beat. The hotel is located 1/2 block from La Florida shopping and only a few steps to Galerias Pacifico shops - best part is you don't even have to cross the street. There is a piano in the lobby and much to our surprise on some evenings even a piano player, room service is very good and fast but pricey, better off to walk around the corner as there are several locals restaurants where you'll probably fare better. Small convenience/grocery store around the corner is great to get bottled water and make international calls for a fraction of what'd cost elsewhere.
