  The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It had every thing we needed. It's a good place for a sleep and a shower. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

  It was OK... but a lot to be desired. We stayed there for 4 nights, and they didn't clean the room or provide clean towels unless we asked for towels. They left trash out in the hall (balcony) all day and night when we placed it out there (since we had to clean our own room). We left a charger for the digital camera in the room after we left and didn't realize it til we got home (Phoenix AZ). We called them to see if it was in the room and were told to call back after 6. We called back after 6 and was told we'd have to pay postage plus an hourly wage to the employee to mail it back to us! Customer service at this place is terrible. We stayed there for 4 nights and they can't do the courtesy of mailing the charger to us?!?! I'd suggest you book a room elsewhere.

  It was well located. Weird furniture but clean. We had to request extra towels, and they gave them with a smile. After a long day, we arrived a little to late for the pool, but they kept the pool open for a few of us an hour later than usual. Check in and out was easy.

  It was well located. Weird furniture but clean. We had to request extra towels, and they gave them with a smile. After a long day, we arrived a little to late for the pool, but they kept the pool open for a few of us an hour later than usual. Check in and out was easy.

  Stayed at this hotel for a few days to bring my family to Disneyland. Front desk staff were very accomodating and friendly, specially the night person that checked us in at 1am. The rooms include a micro/fridge and coffeemaker which is a plus. And the beds and furnitures looked new. It's not a HIlton, but for the price that I paid for, it's a good value.
