    Hotel is very good located, closed to every interesting place both for going out for pleasure or going out on business. Hotel personnel are friendly and courteous people. There is only one area that have to be improved, its to help guest with information such as Telephone ussage and other service that need to be requested in advance or a deposit to be left in when you registered along with the stuff that are mantained in the room that seems to be sourvenier and it are charged at astronomic prices if they are removed from the canister where it stand. There should be a list of the products and the prices they will be charged for, alson they sould show to you and inventory list of what is in the room for you to sing accepting it.

    The hotel is in need of some work, but I've been in worse. There was no attitude of friendliness if you didn't speak spanish. We were ignored at breakfast once they got the room number. We were not served coffee, as were the tables on both sides. We got no napkins, no anything but a real attitude from the staff at the restaurant. The walls were thin and the neighbors noisy. Shotgun carrying security staff on the street. Taxi driver asked for $50 dollars for short ride - and when I balked asked for $10. Suspension ceiling straps were rusty and repairs that had been done to tile were left without any attempt to blend.
    In short, they tried to rip us off and treated us poorly. I can hardly wait until we get the credit card statement, as they said they could not run us a bill when we checked out.

    This hotel is a bargain in the midst of a busy commercial area. It had the best breakfast buffet included in the price of the stay. Rooms were large and comfortable. Had not been to this part of the capital in some years. It was great to see the hotel was well maintained. There is a great little bakery next door, too.
