  For a layover between flights, or for the final night before leaving Beijing via the airport this is a good choice. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport left on time, and was a very short ride to the airport. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is very difficult to find, and is much less of an advantage than the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Rooms are clean and quiet, and non-smoking rooms really are non-smoking (not always the case in China). Two small bottles of water were provided at no charge in the room - enough for a one-night stay. I did not use the restaurants, so cannot evaluate the quality, but there are several interesting choices. Checkin and checkout were very fast and efficient. A shopping area with a large supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. is just a short block away. There is a small fridge in the room, so you can purchase beverages, etc. at the supermarket very inexpensively and cool them in the room.

  I only use this hotel as an overnight layover en route from my home to a smaller city in SW China. The location is ideal for an evening arrival in Beijing, hot meal/shower, a decent sleep and easy exit to the airport the next morning. Their free hotel shuttle is difficult to find, a combination of poorly marked buses, Beijing Capital's lack of adequate signage directing travelers to the hotel shuttle area. Also, be prepared to be moderately gouged if you need to purchase anything there. It cost me 20 minutes and $7.00 USD to get two 16 ounce bottled waters at 600am one morning. Best to get out to the little village nearby and get what you need there instead of the hotel. I will use this hotel again and again, though, as the attributes I desire are there.

  I was pleased with the quality and services of this hotel. The travel desk was especially helpful is checking domestic flights and giving me the inside scoop on shopping. There are multiple restaurant that include both Asian and western choices. I will definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!
