  The look and feel of the hotel overall were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Although I'm used to a jacuzzi that fits 2 people, the jacuzzi in the bathroom (Executive Room they call it) was a nice touch. You have to call the front desk everytime you want ice and they bring it in a small but cute personal ice bucket. There were no dresser drawers in the room we had. In the closet there were 4 containers of various shapes (square, rectangle, etc), that I used to put our underwear and socks in. I also had to double and tripple up on the clothing because there weren't enough hangers due to the dresser drawer shortage. We originally liked the sound of not being too close to the city center but for our next stay, we'd like to be as close as possible. This location is very nice and quiet but it seems all of the neighborhoods are. The noise level in their city center is nothing like Manhattan on a Saturday night so I'm definitely looking to stay smack dab in the center when we go back this summer. The staff were cordial and helpful but here are two of my complaints: Room service could add more to their late-nite menu. One of the hotel staff told us they made an appointment for our return shuttle to the airport. The next day, we found out it wasn't done. We had to call for a cab, which would come later than our check out time and they didn't even want to let us stay in the room until the cab came. That left a bad taste in our mouths.
