  We were on our way to our honeymoon in St. Lucia and had a 12 hour overnight layover in Miami - the hotel was the closest and most convenient option, and we were extremely pleased that the convenience was matched by amenable staff (even at 1:30 in the morning!) a quick shuttle trip, and clean quarters. It doesn't appear to be close to anything, but we would definitely make this pick again for short trips of 1-2 days.

  Stayed here about 2 years ago..was mediocre back then. BIG change. Rooms are very nice now. Great TV's. Very modern and CLOSE to airport (BIG plus if coming in for quick meeting). Nice big buffet breakfast and didn't need to get a rental car. Their airport shuttle was kind enough to drop me off at my local office. Their concierge arranged a last minute dinner reservation for 6 of us and arranged transport. Downside--ask for a room NOT facing the construction site across the street. Other side of the hotel faces their golf course. Much nicer.

  Overall, a great experience. Guest service was priority. Hotel Restaurant highly overpriced, and they charge for parking in the garage ($9 a day!) Modern decor and wonderful Concierge! Very difficult to get to as Miami is torn up around the airport. Once you find it, it's a great stay
