  We stayed last Friday night at the Holiday Inn, West Palm Beach. I stayed there before so I chose it again this trip. I will not stay there in the future. Even though it was pretty clean we had to move to a new room due to a leaking toilet, and in the morning they had not left me the cups to make coffee so I went down to the desk and the young woman said that I needed to go to the resturant to get coffee, so I had to pay $2 for a to go cup of coffee. I know that it is petty but it annoyed me. After I booked the trip I saw on Hotwire that I could have gotten a better room at either the Crown Plaza or Hilton for ten dollars cheaper. I go to that area several times a year for a weekend and I will be checking with them first.

  This is not the correct picture of the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is very convenient to the airport. We would stay there again. Breakfast service was poor - it seemed that the hotel was very low on staffing.

  My wife and I were taking a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. In looking at airline rates flying into West Palm Beach was cheaper than the other airports. We found this hotel online because their rate was cheaper than the other full service hotels. Upon arrial we called for shuttle service, the shuttle picked us up within minutes of the call. The driver was very informative about the area and all the new stuff at the hotel. Check in was a breeze, what a delightful staff, very accommodating and even signed us up for Priority Club. Upon arriving to the guest room, what a surprise. Not your typical Holiday Inn. Nice clean room, comfortable beds, lots of pillows! Eventhough the hotel is by the airport it is very quiet, no outside noise. We had a few drinks at the bar which also has a menu from their restuarant. The food was good and the prices reasonable for a hotel. Again the service outstanding. bartender and serves know how to make you feel at home. The next day the driver took us to the car rental place. Since the hotel is just off the highway, very simple easy access for us to hit the road to Ft. Lauderdale to take our cruise. I actually already booked us a room from when we return from the cruise. I'd like to spend another day in West Palm Beach and I will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again.

  They were very friendly in all aspects of service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was well prepared and the menu was appropriate. The shuttle service to downtown West Palm Beach was very efficient and handy. We would highly reccomend this hotel. It has easy access to the airport and to the interstate highways.
