  Was a good time there . the room was clean , they had up todate info on things that were going on in town that weekend. the doors that open up to the pool was a really nice touch. How ever eatting there I would not , Go some where else to eat , The service was bad the food was just a little better. other than that good place to stay.

  We had a late night arrival as arranged in our travel package. When we arrived we were coldly told there was no room available for us, and we could walk across the street and stay in a model for the night! The desk employee was so matter-of-fact about it we were stunned, and acted as if we should appreciate the fact that the hard rock was going to pay for that nights at the motel. We were handed a "dear john" form letter and instructed to give it to the desk clerk at the other motel. Upon arrival there, we found someone else in line with the same letter; and learned at least 25 others had gotten the same form letter already that night. The next day when we returned to the hard rock we asked to speak to the manager on duty. The desk girl was apologetic but said the manager and the general manager were in a meeting, but would call me back ASAP as a priority. I got a call from the front desk 5 hours letter that a room was ready; but never got any type of call or consideration from any manager. SHAME ON YOU HARD ROCK! Be aware of this treatment and you are warned if you have a late night checkin!! We contacted Travelocity after our return and they did what they could to make it right, but the Hard Rock apparently cares less about the quality of your stay. Other factors including no glasses of any type in the room (you must call for them), and a $8 a day fee on my incidentals credit card (I quote: "The fee is for Staff like the door man and concierge") makes me say STAY ELSEWHERE!

  Room was clean, well decorated and really fun! The bed was so comfortable too. The only thing is the late check-in on the weekends at Hard Rock. Had to wait for my room to be ready for a really long time, so dont plan on checking into your room before 3pm. Also, Nobu is in the hotel which is always fantastic for sushi!

  I stayed at the Hard Rock for two nights. After reading the reviews about it on here, I had pretty low expectations of it– so maybe that is why i thought the place was awesome. I got a last minute package and went out there to see Santana. The Hard Rock is only a short shuttle or cab ride from the airport. When I went to check in they didn't have me in their computer system and it took a few phone calls and a fax to fix that. However it did get fixed, and I found the hotel to be both clean and lively. If you're young, you'll like the Hard Rock for sure. The place is of course plastered with Rock memorabilia, and there were several decent food options downstairs. The bus system in Vegas was completely sufficient for me; I didn't have any trouble getting around Vegas from the bus stop next to the Hotel. I don't swim, so I didn't bring any trunks with me. When I saw the pool from window, I went out and bought some.

  All employees were friendly. when called to remove feather pillows and bedding housekeeping responded right away. valet, bellman, security, and housekeeping were very helpful and always very polite.
