  We stayed in 2 rooms with 2 kids for spring break skiing, March 2008. The staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the free full breakfast. The free shuttle service stops right outside the door, so you can quickly get to any of the 3 ski areas or Main St. Plan to stay there again this year.

  We stayed here for our Anniversary. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was nice that we were issued a 15% off coupon at the hotel restaurant for our second night there. Originally, the coupon is supposed to be for your first night, but we arrived late so they modified our coupon to be redeemable on our second night. The hotel restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful with dining suggestions and the room service was quick as well--you can even order pitchers of your beverage. Hooray! The only drawback to staying here is that the underground parking is a little dark and scary. Also, the underground parking structure makes for some really tight parking situations even for our small Honda Accord. Other than that, this hotel is great.
