  I didn't know what to expect once I arrived at the Hotel, but wow!!! The location was great, and the staff was even better! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay on Collins Ave, it is right around the corner from Wet Willie's on Ocean Drive. I would recommend using the valet parking for $ day, it is well worth it, and the staff is remarkable, I would definitely stay again.

  My boyfriend and I really liked this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although the beds could have been better. The decor was very nice. I loved the bathroom. The roof top pool was great. There is a very nice view of the ocean from up there. The lounge on the roof is great too, although it's only open Thursday-Saturday. The location of the hotel is great: a block from Ocean Avenue and the beach. Check out the News Cafe which is right at the end of the block on Ocean. They have outstanding food. The restaurant at the hotel, ""Wish"", was also fantastic. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would stay at ""the hotel"" again for sure. Just an FYI, if you take anything from the minibar double check your bill at the end of your stay. We were overcharged for a few things we never had. The woman at the front desk did review the bill with us and took the charges off without any problems.

  This is a lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant and helpful and friendly staff. Our room was on the small size (next time, we'll choose a larger one). It was beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed with fine sheets and pillows. Small but adequate (and also lovely) bathroom. We were a block from the ocean and walked through the area before leaving. We stayed just one night, en route from the Caribbean, and will be back.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quite clean and well designed, albeit small. Hotel is a bit noisy, could use better soundproofing. The top floor for drinks is wonderful for the view; however, mojitos at $14/ drink is ridiculous. Location is excellent. Valet parking is problematic as it takes forever to retrieve your car, but that can be addressed by giving at least 45 minutes notice. Having said all the foregoing, we'd stay here again in a NY minute.

  Me and my boyfriend recently spent 5 nights at this hotel and oh my god! it was perfect! i spent hours searching an online travel website for a nice central hotel with a pool and close to the beach and thats what i got here. The staff could not do enough for us, taking our luggage, booking activities for us, organising cabs and turning down our bed at niight, nothing was an effort! Our room was spotlessly clean and modern with a flat screen tv, bay window and a walk in shower. Hop in the elevator to the rooftop pool (the pictures do not do it justice) We were literally around the corner from the main strip of south beach, and across the street from the beach. The hotel has a bar and restaurant...amazing food. I honestly could not fault this hotel and I would definitley recommend it and stay there again myself.
