  The Winterhaven hotel provided top notch service for a great price. Everyone from the cleaning crew to the managers were extremely friendly, professional and customer service oriented. My son and I stayed there for 6 nights, and the room was spacious, quiet and convenient. We received new towels, sheets, and room service when we requested it.

  Centrally Located on Ocean Drive, walking distance to almost everything! Clean Hotel, excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for the location would definately return and stay again. The hotel does offer a very nice continental breakfast every morning as well as towel service for the beach at a $* / day / per room charge. You have to pay the fee regardless of whether or not you use the services. The room was small, especially the bathroom, but you don't spend very much time in the room anyway.

  We had an OKAY experience at this hotel. We were on the fifth floor. The front desk people were friendly. However, we did have an incident where the room above us had a very noisy party with about 4 children running above our heads. We complained and nothing was done about it. The front desk guy simply said he did not hear anything. This was kind of disappointing since everything else was ok. The shower was excessively clogged to point that we could only shower for 1 to 2 minutes at the most otherwise our bathroom would flood. The carpet in the room was spotty but eveything else was clean. We had a partial view of the ocean so we liked our room. The hotel was in a great location because it was central to everything on South Beach. Overall our stay was relaxing and okay. It was our 20th anniversary so we enjoyed ourselves.

  We were staying with family and decided to get a room on the beach for 1 night. Booked last minute, got a great rate. Went with the upgraded Ocean Front room. "View" is beautiful, but small. Windows not great. The only real complaint we had was the Ocean Front room is on the Atlantic Ocean, and there were no real curtains. It was sooooooo bright we couldn't sleep past 9a. Otherwise, everything was as expected. Clean, minimal, small, great location. Would definitely reccomend. Would definitely look to stay again. Will also definitely bring sleep mask to block out the massive sun in the room.
