  The hotel is nice looking but i dont give it a 4 stare rate. it is more like 3 and the staff in the front desk not to friendly need ...

  THE HOTEL IS NICE LOOKING BUT I DONT GIVE IT A 4 STARE RATE. IT IS MORE LIKE 3 AND THE STAFF IN THE FRONT DESK NOT TO FRIENDLY NEED TO SMILE MORE AND THAT IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN U HAVE KIDS WORKING THE FRONT DESK. I PAID FOR A ROOM WITH A HARBOUR VIEW AND I GOT TWO FEET OF HARBOR ON ONE SIDE AND TWO FEET ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS BIG UGLY POLICE STATOIN. I WAS NOT TO HAPPY, I DID NOT GET WHAT I THOUGHT I HAD BOOKED ON TRAVELOCITY WITH A HARBOUR VIEW. THE BATH ROOM NEEDED A BIT MORE CLEANING , AND THE FOOD WAS NOT COVERD RIGHT AND THERE WAS FLYS AROUND SOME OF THE FOOD.

  The location of the hotel is excellent. It is within 3-5 minutes walk to the MTR, Bus and Tram. The street behind the hotel are bakery, fast food restaurants, McDonald, 7-Eleven and laundrymats. However, there is a funeral home located next door to the Hotel. We had two twin beds in a good size room with a partial view to the harbour due to the buildings of the police station and another office building. The bathroom has marble tiled sink, wall and floor but the bath tub is very small and there are mildew along the side and between grout as well as the underside of nonskid rubber mat. The plastic shower curtain can use a change because it had a mildew smell. Water from the shower will leak to floor if shower curtain is not placed totally around and stick to the wall. If your stay is more than one day. you need to request bath soap daily and make sure the drinking glasses, mugs and placements are clean before use. The fitness gym is very nice and located in the basement. There is also a sauna in the locker room. Our overall stay was very pleasant. I just wish they had a lower daily rate of $US/day for our 9 days stay which didn't even include breakfast. The bed is hard but you do have a fluffy comforter. May be you can request an extra comforter to lay on top of the mattress for better comfort. The hotel staffs are very helpful and courteous.

  Staff was very courteous and helpful. Good room size. Convenient shuttle service. Subway station & bus station at the door. Next to a big funeral home. Food at Chinese restaurant needs improvement. Coffee shop ok.
