  I was also charged the random $250. No one has ever given me a reason why. No one from there has ever returned more than 10 phone calls and messages. Do NOT give them ANY credit card info under any circumstances. AVOID this place at all costs. I am willing to bet they will be out of business very soon.

  When we checked out of the hotel, we didn't have to pay anything additonal since we paid for our reservation online, the person at the desk told us we were all taken care of. It has been a month since our stay, and we have a charge of our credit card from the fantasy inn for $. When we called to see what this unauthorized charge was for, there have been no clear answers. The owner/book keeper are not available and they will not return our calls. The person at the desk said that the only time he has heard of a charge like that is when you smoke in a non-smoking room. I can't believe it, we are non-smokers, and actually have never smoked in our lives. He continued to say that the house keeper will write it up if she thinks the room smells of smoke, and then we would be charged $. Now we are having to despute this with our credit card company. It's a scam, I know the ecomomy is tough right now, but this is a total joke!!!! Don't ever stay at this hotel.

  It was 10 years ago, but my husband & I stayed in the Romeo & Juliet Suite AND LOVED IT! The huge 9 foot mosaic tiled tub was the highlight...it was like a small pool, took about 2 hours to fill up...you could lie back & look up at the stars (there was a atrium type glass ceiling-I guess you could call it a huge skylight). There was a round bed with mirrors on the ceiling & everything was covered in pale pink satin. Yes, that's a bit cheesy, but it was definitely a ""love nest"". There was also a gas fireplace , mood lighting, tv movies, & breakfast in bed, brought over from the IHOP next door. I highly recommend the ROMEO & JULET SUITE!!! We looked at some of the other rooms & would not have had near the wonderful experience had we just stayed in a regular themed room...the big suite is more, but well worth it!!!

  This was a waste of money, even at the 50% off midweek price. I would have rather spent my money at different hotel. The rooms are very small for what they call a large theme room. The bedding was very well used""old"". And worst of all, when we went to turn on the in room spa, the pipes were full of mold and it ruined the whole experience. So no matter how many mirrors the room had in it, it wasn't worth it. Stay at one of the casinos, you'll be much happier.

  The staff are very rude and sarcastic. the owner is aloof. they will even laugh in your face when you have a complaint. the website makes the rooms look bigger ...

  The staff are very rude and sarcastic. The owner is aloof. They will even laugh in your face when you have a complaint. The website makes the rooms look bigger than they are. Remodeling needs to be done.
