  The room was clean, the higher up you are the better the view and service was good. The place needs a remake and food was decent from the lounge upstairs Vista 18 a bit expensive for what you get. The parking didn't appear all that secure with warnings about breakins but that is modern America. The biggest problem is the internet access. The staff brought a stronger antena with an ethernet connection to the room but access was still sporadic. They tried excusing it by blaming our computers but while they were doing this other people showed up and complained as well. You could use it in the lobby or in the lounge. Very inconvenient in this day and age.

  Hotel is located 2 blocks from downtown shopping district and inner harbor, very convenient and close to everything. free underground parking. however, room is on the small side. hotel has ...

  Hotel is located 2 blocks from downtown shopping district and Inner Harbor, very convenient and close to everything. Free underground parking. However, room is on the small side. Hotel has no central air conditioning, only portable air conditioning in the room, which did not work well (bathroom was not cooled). Pool and gym areas have no air cond at all and was very stuffy.
