The hotel is VERY nice and right on the water! We checked in right at 1600 hours and somehow got a suite! The pool/jacuzzi area was AWESOME with a great view! The front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and other staff members we encountered were friendly as well. The hotel does have some construction going on next to the lobby but in no way affected our stay. We did not have a car and never needed one. You have to walk to appreciate the city and we purchased a day-pass for the transit system, which was fantastic!

  • I WOULD STAT HERE AGAIN!

From the moment we walked in the lobby, we were treated like special guests. The hotel is lovely, the food served was great ( a bit on the pricey side, but to be expected with a high end hotel). You cannot beat the location. I would definitely stay here again! We payed a bit extra to upgrade our room to a city view/partial bay view. I wish we hadn't because there is so much to do in the city so we were rarely in our room.

  • Nice, pricey extras

Very nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Easy walking distance to Gaslight District. Take your pocketbook. Parking is $ per night to self park and $ for valet. Drinks and food are similarly pricey, but can't complain about hotel or staff. Internet access is additional. I would recommend it, but for me it would have to be for special occasions or where it could be written off for business.

  • Incredible!
