  The hotel is almost perfect! The room is prety good, big and the bed is confortable. The wireless internet works very well and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is very cordial and friendly. The only problem, and look it is not a big deal, the hotel is a little far from downtown. However the public transportation is very good and you can get to downtown in 10 to 15 minutes. I would stay again!!

  What a terrific find ... this hotel is across the street from the entrance ;king bed;, clean, and perfect temperature. and the staff was great too.

  We stayed here before a cruise leaving out of Vancouver in June 2009. If your looking for a nice hotel for a great value then this is your place. They charged a small fee (7.00 per room) to pick us up at airport and then they took us to the cruise terminal for free (aside from a tip of course). We really did not travel outside the hotel as other reviews said it was not in the best part of town but we always felt safe and the staff was very nice. Also had a free hot buffet breakfast which was another plus. Would stay there again if I was in Vancouver.

  The hotel lobby looks nice but when you go to your room is disappointing. i have stayed in other holliday inns before and it was nothing compare to this one. ...

  The hotel lobby looks nice but when you go to your room is disappointing. I have stayed in other Holliday Inns before and it was nothing compare to this one. There was no soap, lotion, shampoo, and shower cap, no VCR in the room, no pens, and no note pad. The rooms are very small. The location of the hotel is not in a good area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
