  I just recently visited W Palm Beach and this hotel. I was switched to 3 different rooms because the hotel had bugs. I didn't know what kind of bug it was but I was very uncomfortable staying at that locations and not to mention the pictures of the hotel must have been taken at the time of renovations because the rooms look nothing like what the have posted on the web site here are on the hotels web site. I don't see how this location was named the sexest hotel two years in a row. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

  My stay was in April 2009. The beds were the best- comfortable, super linens. The rooms aren't luxurious, but the stay was pleasant and the staff friendly and helpful. There was a nice flat screen TV and WiFi, breakfast was an assortment of pastry, bagels, great coffee, juice, fruit an yogurt. A good start to the day. The pool area is an oasis.

  Ever heard of, "You get what you pay for!" This hotel defines it. The mold that lined the linoleum flooring was the most disgusting part of the room. There's not even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom! We had a confirmed reservation for a Garden King, and got stuck with two full beds because of "plumbing issues" in the Garden King. Nice excuse. The blinds next to the bed don't fully cover the window and finally, the deadbolt on the door didn't work. It's not exactly in the nicest neighborhood of west palm beach, either. Just skip over this hotel-pick something else!

  I first arrived at Hotel Biba and had to wait a good 5 minutes before anyone greeted me at the front desk. i was given my room keys and shown a map of the property. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels in the bathroom however the hotel was fairly stingy with the beach towels for the pool area. The property wasn't the cleanest. The best part of the Hotel was the pool. it was clean and big. most disturbing was the ability of someone to get my room key. No identification was required. WiFi was supposed to be available on the property, my room had no WiFi, however the room adjacent to me did have WiFi. i don't recommend this hotel. The gym facilities is across the street.

  We booked his hotel for a ridiculous bargin! Preparing our selves for a not so nice place knowing we would not be in the room that much we thought ok.. well we were pleasantly surprised.The staff was curtious, the room was eclectic, the weekend was eventful making for a wonderful stay. We stayed in the king garden it was clean and quite. The breakfast was good. The rest of the group arrived late so there was not much left. They said they had an unusual amount of guests that morning, the early bird gets the worm. They even had aveda toiletries the rosemary mint was a marvelous start to the day. I have already recommended this to friends. At this price how could you pass it up?
