  Visited 20-25 Sept. 2009. Resort is beautiful. Staff helpful and courteous. Grounds, rooms and pool areas are immaculate. Climate at this time of year is very hot and humid. The main restraunt has a nice menu with prices that are resaonable for what you recieve. They have a buffet breakfast, and specials every evening for dinner. Two adult pools and a wonderful main pool for families. There is a free shuttle to the sister resort in town. From there to the Golden zone is a short taxi ride or city bus. Only negative for this resort is the beach. It is not conducive to any swimming.

  We were very satisfied with our room. We had a Master Suite and the Junior Suite. Connecting rooms. The kitchen is small but who cares??? The shuttle to Pueblo Bonito in town is a great service. And to be able to use that resort as well is a plus. Great restaurants at both resorts. Like getting 2 resorts for the price of 1!!!!! Loved it will be going back for sure!!!

  I took my 9 year-old son on a week-long trip to Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay. This is a great resort that is very family friendly. Great pool area, beach, restaurants, and service. I would highly recommend this resort, and plan to visit again many times!

  The Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay is very beautiful on the outside and the rooms. Once we got settled we had two problems with the room. We had a master suite that is rated for 6 persons. The bedroom two beds were great, although the were supposed to be queens but were called matrimonial size (smaller that a queen, bigger than a full). The sleeper bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable and small. It had a big ridge right across the middle. The kitchen was very small. I had to put away all of the extra appliances it order to have any counter space. Definitely only one person at a time. Our second day at the pool, we were told that coolers were not allowed. On the positive: The pool was big and very beautiful. All of the food that we had at the various restaurants was excellent.

  the resort was absolutely beautiful. Our room ws a junior suite, very nice and very clean.Everyone on staff there was very nice , polite and helpful. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. Would definitely do this resort again.
