  very nice place for the cost; very clean, a/c worked fine, staff was helpful, friendly & spoke reasonable English. Location is fantastic - seemed like a safe area, 1 block from metro, short walk to Moulin Rouge - I'd definitely stay again.

  The crew up front were not very pleasant. the hotel advertised air and tv. hotel had neither. very small and loud at night.
