  The hotel was OK. My experience for this hotel is standard room base on first come first serve. They put me in the smoking room without choices. My two children have to turned the fan on all night to get rid of the smell. That night I came down to the reception and ask for exchange to the nonsmoking room, she is a nice person not the first guy check me in asked to come back next morning she will check for me if any room nonsmoking is available. I got it next morning but I have to clean my stuff , put it on locked room and came back later in the afternoon to get the room. I give this hotel **.

  I wasn't expecting much seeing that it was a Holiday inn but it was the best hotel I stayed at! Although the bed wasn't really soft....I enjoy soft rather than firm, it was a great night. We were there for the fouth of july when it was booked and heard no noise! Great location if you're going to disneyland, knott's or angels stadium. It's kinda hidden too so you don't deal with a lot of traffic! I've been bragging about this hotel to my family because we go down that way a lot of games! I can't tell you about room service because we only spent one night.

  Kids LOVED the kids suite. I wouldn't call it a suite as it's only 1 room and the same size as a standard double queen room. However, 1 queen bed is removed and a partitioned cubical is put in place. Inside the cubical is 3 bunk beds and a TV. The girls just loved each having their own bed and somewhat private area to watch TV and play.

  My husband and I have stayed here three times for good reason: besides being convenient, comfortable, nicely decorated and clean, the staff has always been friendly and professional, whether they are in housekeeping, at the desk or in the restaurant. They are responsive to any requests and seem happy to be of service. When some of our luggage didn't make it to California with us on the plane, the hotel called my cell phone when it was delivered there while we were out so we would know that we didn't have to go out and buy new clothes! I feel that they appreciate our choosing to stay at their hotel, and that kind of customer service means a lot to me.

  I read some of the reviews and tried it. It was a wonderful hotel - very clean, nice room decor, my husband loved the fitness room - he said it had everything and it was clean and new. On the most part, the front desk was courteous - one gentleman had a condescending attitude but changed after I had to raise my voice. The one draw back is that it is out of the way from Disneyland (not in walking distance) but the ART's pickup is right in front of the hotel lobby. The restaurant in the hotel was quite reasonable and the sundry shop is open 24/7 so you can use the microwave. Had a wonderful time - would stay at this hotel again.
