  Stayed here just prior to US Thanksgiving. The hotel part of the Hilton chain was clean, rooms were modern. Staff were friendly. There is no "free" breakfast here, unusual for hotels now, breakfast was available for $*, we didn't try it so not too sure what it is like. Very close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants (mid to high end restaurants) but there is an Applebees next door for "family" type meals. Nice pool area to lay in the sun. It is close to most everything one would want.

  I had made reservations at another hotel and when I arrived it was a dump! i was so lucky to find this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met, they even made reservations at Bing Crosby's for dinner! Thanks

  Staff was rude and unconcerned when we needed a room for an additional night because of a flight cancellation. they said the hotel was fully booked when the overnight help ...

  Staff was rude and unconcerned when we needed a room for an additional night because of a flight cancellation. They said the hotel was fully booked when the overnight help told us there were plenty of rooms. They then gave us the number of a "reservation specialist" who told me there were no rooms in our area because of a city convention. In reality there was a room available in at the hotel next door. They definitely made the end of our stay extremely unpleasant. If this review stops one person from staying here it's worth it. Stay at the Country Inn & Suites next door.
