I liked this hotel. This hotel is less expensive than the other Disneyland hotels but it is a longer walk to the park.We decided we'd pay the extra money next time because we were so tired every day. The California hotel is worth a few hundred more for the convenience.

The hotel it's self is fine. A good value for the money. It wasn't as close as we thought it would be to the park. And the hotel staff gave us bad directions to the park and we ended up walking way out of our way. I have a bad foot so this started us on the wrong foot. We planned on using the entrance into California adventure park but because they open 2 hours after Disney Land it didn't work. If we ever go back we will save money and stay off sight. At least you can get a shuttle from the parking garage. There is no other way to the park but walking. One of the valet guys told us we could take the monorail to the other disney hotel across the street but after waiting in line at the monorail for 30 minutes with a screaming baby we found out he was wrong. Very frustrating!!!!!

And the Paradise Pier was great too!! We really enjoyed our stay at the Paradise Pier, the beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very roomy, we didn't feel cramped at all! It was so nice to be right by the parks and be able to stay as long as we wanted & we closed the park down on Friday didn't leave until 1am! and just go to our room and go straight to bed! My kids loved the room on the main floor with the Disney cartoon's playing! They were always asking to go watch a movie! I also loved the feel of still being at Disneyland ! My one complaint is there are not enough elevators for the amount of rooms and guests. We waited several times for different elevators because they were to full or all on different floors. When we left we had to pass up 3 elevators because there was no room and when we did get on we were squishing in with 2 other people. Other then that our stay was AWESOME!!

Hotel is nice and reasonalble if you have an annual pass. Would stay at again but prefer the Grand california. I would stay at the marriot across the street if I didn't have annual pass to get the great rates.
