  Location is great, and the staff are friendly. the best of all is the village, which is so self-contained, we can easily find things to do ... eating, shopping, playing ... ...

  Location is great, and the staff are friendly. The best of all is the village, which is so self-contained, we can easily find things to do ... eating, shopping, playing ... without leaving the hotel grounds.

• Lagoon Tower

  The lagoon tower was great and the staff very friendly. it would have been easier to check in if we knew the tower we were in ahead of time.

• Great Hotel

  We really enjoyed our time there. room was great! it was clean, beds were very comfortable and room had all the stuff we needed. we will be back. only thing ...

  We really enjoyed our time there. Room was great! It was clean, beds were very comfortable and room had all the stuff we needed. We will be back. Only thing was that they were to intrested in trying to sell us time share than to help us book our tours. Had to go to the American Express office on site to get the help we needed. They kept saying if you just go to this 1 hour...bla bla bla... I don't want a time share! And the only other thing was that the buses can drop you off or pick you up at the Grand Lagoon tower. You have to walk along ways to your building so make sure you go ahead and get the bell service to take your bags to your room. We tryied lugging them and we will not do that again. Or better yet, just get a cab to your hotel because they can drop you off at the Lagoon tower. Only bad thing is you are along ways away from everything! You pretty much have to take a cab or bus to do anything off the hotel property. Don't get me wrong, they have lots to do, and I'm sure we did not see it all. But alot of the shops on property are very expesive but the good deals are not so good if you have to pay for a cab to get there.

• Two Bedroom Grand Waikikian Suite

  This was a very nice room for families. lots of space but the second bedroom was small. nice kitchen and living room area. hilton hawaiian village was very crowded.
