  Absolutely LOVED our view! We were in room 4210. 42nd floor, corner room overlooking ALL that you wanted to see. Enjoyed the whirlpool tub every afternoon. Breakfast was nice and so was dinner, in The KEG restaurant. Since they charge $/nt for your car parking, we chose to skip the rental car and took a limo from Buffalo airport to the hotel. (Southhampton limo) The lobby area was packed. We felt like celebrities when we got out of the limo. It was a nice walk to everything we wanted to see. (Clifton Hills was the furtherest away.) They do have shuttle buses to the local attractions. Husband loved Starbucks in the lobby. Housekeeping staff was great. Our room safe had a low battery upon check in, so they fixed it while we went out for a stroll. The room has a small window you can open, just to hear the actual Falls roar. They have 3 computers available for guest use. That is good, if you can get the kids off of them! Why do they want to play computer games when on vacation? Fabulous hotel. They have 8 elevators and they have controlled them very well. Some only access certain floors, while others only get you between common floors. Being on the top floor, the elevators ZIPPED right to your floor. It was GREAT! Would highly recommend this to hotel. If you are going to have a first class vacation....this was the way to go. ENJOY!

  I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The people were all wonderful and friendly. They go out of there way to help you. We are religious Jews. They help you out so much. They do not charge extra for a microwave and a big refrigerator. They also have a list of what is kosher for breakfast and snacks. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

  Very nice room with excellent view of falls. Close to falls, but due to escarpment, you must either use incline railway or walk approximately 1 km north on Fallsview tp Murray. There is also the hotel shuttle; which loops between the Falls, amusement parks, and another Hotel but found it rather slow. A people mover is available along the Niagara river which shuttles between the various parks. Parking is all valet and runs $. Concierge was bent on selling us expensive tour packages, and found them less than helpful. Suggest visiting a Tourism Canada office instead. Fallsview casino, a nice indoor mall, and Skylon tower are within easy walking distance. Amusement parks are about a 10-15 minute walk north of hotel. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection. This hotel is recommended if you prefer a good view of the falls as opposed to easy access to amusements. Falls view room was bit expensive, but worth it for Niagara.

  The hotel was as described. Room with a view of the Falls allowed us to watch the lights and fireworks from the window. We had a health emergency and the staff was extremely helpful. The Location was convenient for accessing tourist attractions.
