  I was expecting so much more. Sadly, I have to report that this was not one of the better nights of our trip. I thought this was going to be a romantic stop with a theme room. We were greeted by a receptionist at 5:15 pm to advise us that she found our reservation for the room but could only offer a 5:30 or 9:00 reservation for the steak house on site?? After a day of driving and walking there was no way a person can get to a room get comfortable then want to rush to dinner. Dinner was on the priority list and it is a good thing the Cafe on site could get us in for dinner. The pool and spa area was comfortable and relaxing. Upon returning to the room my wife and I thought it would be nice to order a bottle of wine from the “On Site Wine Cellar.” We called and were advised that the bottle would be delivered shortly. Forty-five minutes later the Bar/Cellar called to advise “they got busy and forgot about us.” Not what I wanted to hear at 9:45pm. We decided to just go to sleep, maybe we could just relax and get some rest. I guess 2:00am is when the bar closes because the party moves to the main deck of the hotel. After being woke up by someone shouting and laughing outside my window, I decided to go take a look. About 20 people had migrated from the bar to the deck, laughing, joking and generally being rude drunks to the guests. You can not tell me that Management didn’t know about this. My wife slept through it and I resigned to watch a movie on my IPOD until it ended and I could fall asleep again. Not a very restful night. Upon check out I expressed my issues with management and was offered…..nothing.

  The travel website deal was, if available a upgrade would be given. not! there was a total of about 12 cars in the whole place, and unless a handicapped room ...

  The travel website deal was, if available a upgrade would be given. NOT! there was a total of about 12 cars in the whole place, and unless a handicapped room is a upgrade, Madonna Inn did not honor the travel website's deal. Bed sheets looked like they were stepped on, with their shoes on, had to ask for a additional pillow, Check in room clerk was rude. Room was a motel room for 3 times the money.

  One thought come to mind about this hotel, what you put in... is what you get out. every theme is not for you...so pick your theme and you will ...

  One thought come to mind about this hotel, what you put in... is what you get out. Every theme is not for you...so pick your theme and you will have memories forever. I read other comments about the hotel before I made my reservation ...and they were not good. I have never had so much fun at an hotel like this one...the only regret was...because of the room I picked, I wished that we had more towels...the bathroom rock waterfall. Make sure that you check in early so that you can enjoy everything this establishment has to offer. Breakfast was great, service was great. I... we left this establishment all smiles and can't wait to experience the other rooms in the near future. I would have paid more because this is a one in lifetime hotel.
