  The hot tub was non functional. the bathroom was dirty. only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in a double room. no internet service. tv only got 6 stations and ...

  The hot tub was non functional. The bathroom was dirty. Only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in a double room. No internet service. TV only got 6 stations and they were all fuzzy. Phone did not work. Couldn't reach anyone in office to notify of party going on outside our door, all night long. A/C didn't work. Circuit's blew. Beds didn't have clean sheets on them. Extra pillows didn't have pillow cases on them. The only good thing about this place was that you could walk anywhere! Definitely would not recommend or stay again.

  our trip to niagara falls was terrific. the lincoln motor inn has a great location because is close to everything. the staff at the hotel was exellect they were great. however the hotel was not what we expected. rooms were big and confortable but they were not clean when we got there. the rug was very dusty. towels were not clean. we had to asked for clean ones. we could not use the pool becuse is was not clean. we even had a bat in from of our door that we were very afraid of. honestly, as i said before, the location is great, the price of the hotel is the best and the staff really great but i think the place need a little more care and maintanance. i would go back to the same hotel because of it't location and the great staff the runs it but i hope next time i could said great about maintanance.

  Dirty, dirty, dirty. Mold in the walls of bathroom. Footprints in the bath tub- obviously had not been cleaned. Bathroom sink had a handwritten note stating that the sink didn't work. Faucet was covered in year old toothpaste. Smells of mildew and mold. Knobs on airconditioner broken! Cobwebs everywhere. This place is close to the falls and could be a great buy, if only they actually had a good cleaning staff. I would't stay there and would not recommend it for anyone with small children. Its not clean - its not hygenic. We stayed for 5 minutes and left and still had to pay for one day!

  The beds were comfortable but that's it the service was bad. There ice machine is only in the front. The hotel from the outside is so bad. It is a mile from the fall but i would like to go to the hotel and find good service, design, and views. Not some overpriced motel that's 3 storys and has nothing whatsoever.

  I booked the family suite in this hotel on-line and was absolutely discusted. The room stunk and the carpets were filthy, sheets were dirty no towels in the room and some really poor excuse of a pump soap attached to the wall. I know the price was reasonable but I suggest you spend the extra 20 buck and stay in the Days Inn. I tried to get my money back but was told that because I booked on line they would not give me a refund. I was asked if I wanted to change rooms but the new room was just as bad and the window did'nt even close.
