  The reputation of Raddison and its five star rating is what drew me to this hotel. The service staff was exceptional concerning the desk and baggage handling. The door man was outstanding, friendly and knowlegdable of the area to what was available. When it came to the room and decor I was disappointed with how out dated and dirty the carpet and walls where in such an establishment. The room appeared to not have been dusted in days and had a damp musty feeling. The air conditoning was not the best and the room temp could not be brought to the level suggested on the termostat. The amenties of the bath room were poor for this level of a hotel and the towels were coarse in texture. My trip to the resturant was a disapointment as well, the buffet display was in poor to say the least and the service staff looked like they had just rolled out of bed in their poor fitting uniforms. While the manager of the resturaunt was also poorly groomed it lead to my decision to leave and find dinner in a more fitting place.
