    When you use the internet. they tell you to purchase the 24 hour plan, but when you go off line, you can not come back on line within that 24 ...

    when you use the Internet. They tell you to purchase the 24 hour plan, but when you go off line, you can not come back on line within that 24 hours, and you have to purchase more time. So, they have you sometimes purchase 3 24-hour plans in one day. *-* Also, they want about 2 thousand bt. deposit for each day for incidentals, and it is kind of a surprise when you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is all around well kept, clean, friendly, with a nice general restaurant. *-*

    Stayed here for songkran 2009. hotel lobby was beautiful and staff was beyond amazing! our rooms was perfect sized, comfy beds and a huge window overlooking the city and river. ...

    Stayed here for songkran 2009. Hotel lobby was beautiful and staff was beyond amazing! Our rooms was perfect sized, comfy beds and a huge window overlooking the city and river. The only downfall was that since we didn't book directly we didnt get free breakfast (which is like 35 usd) From our hotel we were able to walk all over the city. Would definitly stay there again!!! The hotel is not in the downtown shopping area but is great for people looking to sight see as it was close to the river, china town and grand palace.

    Despite checking in at close to midnight, the staff was friendly and attentive. The entire stay went well. The only problem I have is that they charge you for internet. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and despite it being a smoking room, it didn't smell like an ashtray.

    I spent a week in this hotel. my room was clean and comfortable. staff was friendly and professional. overall i am very satisfied.

    I spent a week in this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall I am very satisfied.

    Pluses: central location, easy walk of 10 minutes to SkyTrain, always cabs available, exchange bank and convenience store across the street, Irish Pub (not hotel-run) on ground level, quick cab ride to Patpong nightlife.

    Suggestion: Be sure to book your room with breakfast. Hotel food prices are VERY high. Less than a block away on Silom Road is a supermarket so that you can bring in your own drinks and snacks.
