  The room itself is quite small. We were booked in a handicapped room and the shower kept leaking out onto the bathroom floor. We stayed 3 nights. After our 2nd night we let them know, thinking that maybe it was something we were doing (like not pulling the curtain the right way, etc.) The staff though can not be beat. They offer very personal service. They are more than willing to give you an opinion about where to eat, where to go, etc. which is what we needed. Becuase of them we went to places that weren't in the AAA book. So talk to them. Also, what really impressed me is that they remembered where you were planning on going to. I can't say enough great things about the staff.

  We arrived a little early for check in and we were promply accomodated. Everyone from the valet parking attendant to the bell hop, front desk staff and house keeping was so friendly and professional. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were in a good downtown location for site seeing and to get a great carrage ride. The only down side of the stay was the bath room door inside wall would not close because it had fallen off the track. I told the front desk staff about it but it was never repaired while i was there.

  My boyfriend and I stayed for two days and this was our first visit to Atlanta. The service was impecable and the hotel fit our lifestyle. Very hip and chique. Our first nught they offerd us a complimentary wine tasting in their hotel where my boyfriend and I sat ou on their balcony and enjoyed a tasty Chardonay. The music that greeted us in the lobby gave a motwon feel and the food at the restaurant was very good. The room was cozy yet spacious. I felt that we were in a great location close to the aquarium, Coca Cola, the Underground, and other sites. I would definitely stay again.

  We absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, clean comfortable room, wonderful staff. Front desk and bellman so helpful with ideas on what to do and see besides the usual places you go to see: Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, Turner Field. Staff pointed us in the direction of museums, places to eat, arranged transportation, etc. Delicious lunch at the hotel restaurant, again great wait staff. The location was ideal. Easy walk to attractions, MARTA station next door to get to and from the airport. Free internet access in the room and at a room location in case you don't have your own laptop. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know and stay again next time we are in Atlanta. Thank you Ellis Hotel for making our stay memorable.

  The stay @ the Ellis Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel itself is cute but the front desk staff should learn to communicate better far as each shift is aware of special requests needed when checking in a guest. Other than that, I had a great stay n will stay again.
