  I just stayed at this hotel last week. Overall, I think it was a great experience. The staff was so nice and I believe they all spoke English. The rooms are very clean and look almost brand new. They also provided a full set of tolietries for your perusal. The rooms are actually pretty spacious for Japan, so I was pleasantly surprised. Also a neat trick, you must place your room key in the slot to activate all the electronic devices in the room, so you'll never accidently forget your keycard in the room. On the other hand, the signage is absolutely horrendous. The Best Western sign is about the size of a piece of notebook paper and it is not lit. The words are written in small script and are hard to read from the street. The lobby is on the third floor as well. The hotel must be relatively new because almost all the Japanese people in the area had no clue to what hotel I was referring to. I ended up asking over eight people and received blank stares. Also, the restaurant in the hotel itself, Stella is not worth your time and money. So I wouldn't suggest eating there. So overall, besides the lack of signage, I thought the hotel was really modern, clean and new. I will most likely stay there again.
