This place is great!!! Service was nice. Plenty of variety. They have great outdoor restuarants. Great swim up bar. Great entertainment. The trip is truly what you make it but you can best believe it's "no problem". They were a little skimpy with the towels but our housekeeper worked with us. The tv was a little fuzzy but hey I didn't come there to watch tv. The bed was comfortable. It was a fabulous get-a-way. Weather was perfect.

The property is massive and the grounds were nicely maintained. The restaurant food was pretty standard for an all inclusive and some of the restaurants provided amazing views of the beach and water. The A/C in our room was adequate and the room itself was spacious. I was with a large group and everybody seemed to have a great time.

I stayed at the resort in early December. The grounds of the resort are quite nice. However, the rooms are very sterile and could use a renovation. The wall facing the toilet looked and felt like I was in a public restroom with marks all over. The housekeeping dept left 2 towels for 2 people in the room and there was no bath mat. The food was pretty bad at all of the restaurants. It was pretty much the same food being recycled in all the restaurants. There was no air conditioning in any of the public restroooms or conference rooms. Internet was also horrible in the lobby. I would definitely not recommend companies hosting meetings here as the facilities are awful.

The Grand Palladium is a beautiful resort and the properties are layed out very well. But operations needs to get it together. First we waited for 4 and half hours to get checked in,mean time watching several bus loads of people in that time frame check in and head off to their rooms. And we were not alone,in a funny way it was ok ,because we met some other people from the US and Canada while we waited. Next for the whole week we never did get wash cloths for the bathroom, the maid did find some sponges after a couple days. Then the laudry service, we sent out for 1 day service 2 different times and had to call each time to get it back on the second day. lastly the day before we left, the room keys didn't work after we returned from a tour, that took 2 hours to get back into our room. The AC in the room was not working that great either. we called about that too. not sure if there was any gain after they repairman came, was hard to tell a difference. we hung out under the ceiling fan. The food was great, the entertainment was great and generally speaking had a good time there. But they need to get it together and then they will have a great resort to be proud of.

Family and kid friendly. It was safe 24 hours. For the price we paid it was totally worth it. I am Vegetarian and I wasn't left out in dining options. Mostly ate at the buffet. The A La Carte restaurants can be rated 3.5 out 5 and we tried the Bhogali Indian ( 2.5 out of 5) , Asian restaurant ( 3.5 out of 5) and Poseidon at Sunset Cove. The Liquor was not top shelf as I thought it would be. However there was enough local brands and beer. We went there with no prior All-Inclusive hotel knowledge and were totally happy with the 5 nights spent there. There was something or the other going on at night time by the entertainment group. Not over the top and kept everyone satisfied.
