    The room was beautiful, everything you needed was there. Casino was very bright and clean. food was alittle high in price. Best deal was the deli in the Wynn Hotel, Bring Comfortable shoes lots of walking.

    The Encore rooms, front desk and overall services were fantastic. I highly endores the spa and salon services; their service, staff and amenities are among the best I've ever experienced. The only disappointment was the Okata Restuarant. The front desk hostess appeared snobbish and somewhat discrimating when I reqIuested seating, which was surprising and ssent me away with a uneasy and uncomfortable feeleing. I rebounded and sought the Weing Li Restaurant. I was treated with exceptional service, food and atmosphere. They were able to quickly erase my neagive and discriminating experience from the Okata Restuaruant.

    From check in to check out, the Encore staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. This was our first trip to Vegas, and strolling through the other hotels on the strip we were struck by how rowdy and rude their atmosphere was by comparison. The room was gorgeous, very comfortable and exactly as requested. The casino was lively, but low-key, and the crowd was generally upscale and attractive. We sampled three of the restaurants, and all were very good but PRICEY, especially the wine lists.

    Recently married at the Wynn and stayed at the Encore. Both are beautiful hotels.Tower suites have private check in, access,security and rooms are spacious, views spectacular and service excellent. Everyone asks how you are enjoying your stay and what they can do to make it better. Both hotels beautifully decorated.Spa is high priced but probably average for this standard of hotel but service great here also .You could spend a whole day here just being pampered and you are never rushed.Cannot say enough good things about Encore.

    We stayed at the Encore for 3 days everything from the room to the personel was amazing we stayed at the tower suites the rooms are spacious and very clean, the linen is to die for. this will be my hotel from now on.
