  This was one of the few hotels we found that would accept a family of 5, This was a last minute trip so it was a last minute reservation and Travelocity was the best place. The hotel was very accomadating, The room was clean, the beds we quite hard, getting there was very easy, great location right near a mall, skytrain.

  I had to lift my friend in and out of bed, on and off the toilet, in and out of the shower as there wasn't any poles for ...

  I had to lift my friend in and out of bed, on and off the toilet, in and out of the shower as there wasn't any poles for her to lift herself.I am 64 yrs old and she is 200 lbs. If i wasn't strong we could not have stayed there. she lives by herself and manages ok with the poles. the room and toilet down stairs was not acceptable for someone handicapped.
