  I went to the Holiday Inn Osoyoos recently for a weekend get away and I had an amazing time at the hotel. The staff at the desk was very warm and friendly with a good sense of humour. He even recommended us a room which was on the top floor and had a King bed and a balcony with a breathtaking view. It was very cozy and the matress was of a superior quality. I was actually surprised with the option of 4 different types of pillows. Every thing in the room was new- the coffee machine, the cutlery and it was thoroughly clean. The restaurant we went for our dinner was an Italian lounge with extensive range of wine and delicious food. The pool and the hot tub were the right temperature and they even had a new treadmill in the fitness room. Everything about the hotel felt just right. I couldnt have asked for a better break from my busy schedule. Some people may find the price a bit high but be sure to always ask for the Manager's Special Walk-in rate. ;-)

  Desk clerk on both check in and out were not friendly . the pool water was very green and we did not swim. the halls were dirty the garage was sometimes ...

  desk clerk on both check in and out were not friendly . The pool water was very green and we did not swim. the halls were dirty the garage was sometimes blocked by other cars so you could not enter. I had to call they were going to charge me again. Needs a good cleaning
