  Staff and managers were completely incompetent. The company changed their name without informing the customers. This resulted in my boyfriend and I to be 3 hours late for a family wedding. We could not find our hotel because we did not get told the hotel had changed names. The general manager overheard us speaking to the front desk manager named and began to call us racist because we had mentioned not being able to understand the front desk clerk we had spoken to over the phone. This was EXTREMELY upsetting and was a complete lie. They did absolutely nothing for us, basically told us it was our own fault for not knowing they had changed their name. This is ridiculous and we paid over $350 dollars for a hotel that ruined our whole weekend. numerous other customers were also very upset and had been complaining about the horrible treatment earlier in the day that I witnessed. Bottom line this is a terrible hotel, that by no means treats it's customers with respect.We will be following up with the better business beaureux as well as newspapers. We do not want anyone else to have to deal with such a horrible experience.

  This is a nice hotel, the staff are very hospitable, the room is clean but a little bit small. iit will be great if it can offer free breakfast.

  On arrival Oct 7/06 we were met by a very great staff. No hassles, rooms were very clean and if anything was asked for it was there very quickly. The resturant and Redds pub was great. Good food.This place had all the things you wanred or needed in the complex. Very nice atmosphere. Very good secuity and overall had a great time. I would stay there in a minute.

  Good experience for the price. refrigerators had been pulled from the rooms. kids ate free which was nice.

  Very nice hotel, wonderful staff. a little ways outside of downtown, but easily accesible by bus or taxi or 40 minute walk. good food, no pool, kids not allowed in ...

  Very nice hotel, wonderful staff. A little ways outside of downtown, but easily accesible by bus or taxi or 40 minute walk. Good food, no pool, kids not allowed in fitness center, 1 block from large shopping mall. Definitely an A+ option if you don't mind a small commute to downtown.
