  Head clerk was not interested in a request for a room other than one already assigned even though we arrived before noon,on the possibility of early check in, which ...

  Head clerk was not interested in a request for a room other than one already assigned even though we arrived before noon,on the possibility of early check in, which was not possible. It was apparent that the travel website guests were not as important as other guests. Some desk help later was very helpful with suggestions about what to see. There was insufficient parking at the motel. We were forced with others to park in a strip mall with a pizza and liquor store. The vehicles were obscured by a high hedge. When I expressed concern about vehicle security I was told "Don't worry security comes around every couple of hours".

  Nice clean room with a reasonable rate. stayed there for couple nights. good guest service throughout my stay. i am surprised this hotel only got 2 star rating.

  Nice clean room with a reasonable rate. stayed there for couple nights. good guest service throughout my stay. i am surprised this hotel only got 2 star rating.
