  the room is nicely decorated with good taste. the noise reduction is almost perfect. you do not feel sleeping in an airport at all, but a resort. good staff and clients driven gesture. the only incovenience is parking facility

  I'd read reviews about this hotel before we arrived, but I still was not prepared for how spectacular this hotel was...controls next to the bed that control every light in the room, temperature, too, I think. ...my husband was in charge of all THOSE buttons! Now, you need to understand the room. The bathroom alone was probably the size of a hotel room, a HUGE 2-person shower, an oversized bath tub (soak tub) a separate toilet room, and a sink with alot of counter space. There was an entry hall, a large closet, with a safe, a very spacious desk area, a chair and ottoman, and a king size bed. Everything was 5+******. It was pricy, but worth the room, relaxation, and one escalator away from the arrival kiosks within the airport. We flew Air Alaska, and they were RIGHT AT THE BASE of the escalator - it was great for our 4:00AM arrival time for an international flight. Can't WAIT to go back to Vancouver!

  Stayed overnight, wished we could have stayed longer. Staff was more attentive than other ""big chain"" hotels. The room is wired so you can control EVERYTHING in the room, entrance and bath from your bedside. Amazing and very high tech. Ordered room service dinners which came very fast and was fantastic! Hot items hot while cold items where cold and the price was reasonable. The hotel was well sound proofed and in the morning we went down the elevator and we were IN the airport. This is a MUST for travelers and will be for us next time through the Vancouver airport!"

  What can be said but WOW! This is the most deluxe ""airport hotel"" I have ever experienced. Rooms are VERY high tech with stunning views of the airport operations and mountains beyond. Dining was a pleasure and the binoculars at each table - to view airport take offs and landings was fun and made the short wait time for the foods arrival fly by. This is the only airport hotel I have ever been to that I can't wait to go back to again!

  The Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel is the BEST airport hotel in North America! It's more upscale than 99% of downtown hotels and it's located IN the airport! You take an escalator down to the terminal! It's a beautiful property, the staff is flawless and you can't even hear the airplanes! It's a very relaxing property and it's nice to just sit in your room and watch the planes, or go take a swim in the pool or soak in the hot tub! If you're up for dining, the food and atmosphere is flawless! It's an unknown treasure....check it out! You won't be disappointed!
