  Manager treated wedding party and the young people with total disrespect! Very unpleasant to deal with regarding last minute arrangements or changes. Hotel was run down, curtains in room falling apart. No elevator to the top 3-4 floors. We had to pay extra for a package of coffee in our room if we wanted more.(tacky when your wedding is pumping $10,000 in to the hotel) On a positive note: The decorator that they use for weddings did an amazing job, the food was amazing! The view was amazing!

  Manager treated wedding party and the young people with total disrespect! Very unpleasant to deal with regarding last minute arrangements or changes. Hotel was run down, curtains in room falling apart. No elevator to the top 3-4 floors.   a beautiful wedding on Aug. 25'07. General manager assured us the ballroom where the wedding was held was SECURE. Gifts were taken home, but cards with cheques and money were forgotten in the wishing well. When we reaized this they were no longer there - only staff had access. General manager did nothing to help - did not give even a token refund of deposit or offer to pay for the bride and groom's wedding night at the hotel. this is poor service and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone for any function.
