  I've stayed at this hotel roughly ten times over the past year. I've never been let down by the staff or the facilities. I have the COAST REWARDS CARD, which allows for a speedy check in, hassle free and I've always been treated courtiously and kindly. I travel on business and the staff has always been helpful in assisting me with my luggage and business equipment. The room service is friendly, food is great and any special request are normally met. The location is central and the views of the harbour are wonderfully soothing. The newly remodeled rooms and public facilities are contemporary, comfortable and calming. This is the first hotel I think of when traveling to the Island.
