• watch out for the room rate booked and actaully charged

  I booked my room through a travel agency; rate quoted and rate charged was way more than the booked rate agreed. I was told that the reason for the rate difference was because I was placed in a more superior room, which I was not convinced as the previous occupant's invoice was left in my room and his rate was what I should have been charged in the first place. I have complained upon check out and was told that a credit will be issued to my credit card but to date I have not seen this credit. All I can say to all who are considering staying at this hotel is pay attention to what they charge or promise you....

  I booked my room through a travel agency; rate quoted and rate charged was way more than the booked rate agreed.   The furnitures are kind of old. the worst is the washroom, there's scum on the bathrub and the toilet bowl doesn't look clean. moreover, there's dust all ...

  The furnitures are kind of old. The worst is the washroom, there's scum on the bathrub and the toilet bowl doesn't look clean. Moreover, there's dust all over the mirror & the hair dryer.......I really not dare to use it......the bed sheets are getting old......like the terry cloths.........which makes us so disappointed......its not worth spending that much $$$ staying there......
