  Booked the romantic package. had 6 noisy teenagers booked next door. when called down to desk we were told we had the quietest room but they would send a bell ...

  Booked the romantic package. Had 6 noisy teenagers booked next door. When called down to desk we were told we had the quietest room but they would send a bell boy up to move us. After waiting for 25 min and listening to the unshaperoned teens we went home. This was after being there for 3 hours.The charged us for 1 night - then promised to remburse us- a week later still no credit!!!
