  The family and I stay at the Belvedere on our summer vac in June 09.The location you cant beat ,just off time sq ,close to food,tour busline,broadway, you can walk to Macys buts its a bit of a walk tho.Rooms arent all that but you have a place to lay your head at night. Juniors is two blocks away humm good foood.Close to airports around $* from airport to hotel could be cheaper but know more than that for sure. Very safe to walk at night ..Time Sq is only TWO BLOCKS away and i mean you are there within 5min of leaving hotel lobby.Taxi cabs are there early morns to take you back to airports no need to buy thos trans buses that cost too damm much take taxi .lol Broadway show tickets,your better off buying tickets at the window and alot cheaper than online. Take the bus tour if its your first time to NYC worth every pennie..This is a honest review from your friend in Califorina

  The Belvedere Hotel is truly a remarkable place to stay while in NYC. The staff are not only friendly, polite, and professional but are also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. It was very rare NOT to be greeted when walking in or out of the Hotel. I have stayed in many NYC hotels; I was really impressed by the Belvedere and its staff! The room we stayed in was a "2 Doubles Deluxe Room " with a small kitchenette. It was clean and roomy enough for three adults. There are only two elevators and it can be cramped at times; along with a little wait. The WIFI service was another matter. It is an extra charge, and I could not get a good signal unless I was close to the door to the room. We did not eat at the hotel dining area. There are numerous coffee shops, delis, and little stores nearby to pick something up on the go(your near Times Square so prices are geared towards the tourist). Everything is within walking distance or short cab ride from the hotel. I was impressed with the location overall. The overall experience of the hotel and its location have happily convinced us that we will be back to the Belvedere Hotel in the near future! The WIFI issue is something they need to work on, but it did not "ruin" the trip. We will be back to stay again!

  Booked the day arrived in nyc. close to times square in a quieter area. room fine, noise low, staff helpful, location fantastic. would stay there again tommorrow.

  Here is the load down, it is a nice hotel to stay at. The room we had two double beds, perfect for two people but if a family of four was to stay it would be a very tight fit. Older children I feel you would need a larger room. The bahtroom was small . Its a nice place to stay if you don't spend a lot of time in your hotel room. Very clean hotel, staff was great and I would would recommened it for a long weekend trip to NYC. The location is midtown, found a supermarket around the corner, drug store and liquor store.
