  Absolutely the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. After checking in with my family, and glancing away from the shirtless obese man lingering in the lobby, we headed to our rooms. We first noticed the stench of cigarette smoke permeating the hallways, then in the room. Upon entering the room and settling down, my wife saw a huge pile of dried dog poop under the kitchenette counter. Obviously the place had never been cleaned...or sanitized. We immediately checked out, but noticed flea bites on our legs shortly thereafter. Thanks for such a great memory. I called the hotel chain main offices, but only got voice mail. i left my concern over the phone to the machine and never heard back from anybody. its apparent that top management doesn't care. Stay away from this hotel unless scurvy means nothing to you.

  Upon checking in, the suite we were given was not fully cleaned. toilet bowl was dirty. there were many long hairs on the wall of the bathroom above the shower ...

  Upon checking in, the suite we were given was NOT fully cleaned. Toilet bowl was dirty. There were many long hairs on the wall of the bathroom above the shower wall. How they got up there, I have no idea. There were crumbs and bits of food on the kitchen chair. Linens and towels were fresh, so someone must have thought they cleaned the room, but if this is considered clean someone needs additional training. We asked for another room and were given a new one, which to their credit was much cleaner but by this time we were so disgusted with the hotel we got a rough night's sleep and left 1 day early. Hallways were dirty, it was evident there wasn't much attention to detail here. Linens and shower curtain had holes in them and were thin. Oh, and the walls are not very thick, as we found out at 4:30am when the neighbors decided to argue. Check in attendant was friendly and apologized for the room inconvenience.

  Upon checking in, the suite we were given was NOT fully cleaned. Toilet bowl was dirty. There were many long hairs on the wall of the bathroom above the shower wall.   When making the reservation i specifically asked for a non smoking room. when the elevator door opened i was gagged by thick smoke smell. walking down the noisy, dirty hall ...

  when making the reservation I specifically asked for a non smoking room. When the elevator door opened I was gagged by thick smoke smell. Walking down the noisy, dirty hall was disgusting and when I opened the door to the room the smell nearly knocked me down. When I went to the desk clerk to change room I was treated horribly. I was told that nothing was available and that I could "stick it out" in the smoking room. I explained that that option was not possible and Chaz then told me that I could go to the Motel 6 next door.

  Rooms were dark, dingy and musty smelling -- we tried two before we left.
  
  first room -- stains on the blanket, toilet was not clean.
  second room -- bug in ...

  Night clerk tried to be helpfull, but was unable.
