  was older and staff was very abrasive, went to get more towels due to having family 2 adults and 2 children and not enough in room and was accused of stealing them! spend a little more cash and get a better room, several hotels right next to this one with loads more around area. cheap hotels on North beach * and up that were in better shape and looked cleaner not to mention right on the beach. Hotel had several people living onsite that partied and screamed all night long even after we called front desk.

  This is probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. granted you get what you pay for, but the room smelled like and the air conditioner made the carpet ...

  This is probably the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Granted you get what you pay for, but the room smelled like and the air conditioner made the carpet buy the front door wet. the microwave did not work, Overall my room was terrible and I will not stay at this hotel again.

  Mold in shower & shower curtain. I called Manager who was very accommodating, but the maid did not clean the mold off the shower curtain as I requested. The manager needs to follow up on his cleaning staff and make sure this problems are attended to prombltly. Non-smoking room, but the bedspread had 2 tacky burn holes on it. The carpet looked like it badly needed a shampoo. The pool looked filthy, needless to say I didn't go in it. The pool had yellow water. The grass needed cuting badly.
  If a new things of cleanliness and grounds maintenenace are addressed it would be a nice value for the money. But there is no substitute for cleanliness.

  we had originally reserved for 2 days & at the last minute had to add a day, staff went out of the way to find me an available room. it was kind of run down and the bathtub clogged up. when i notified staff the next day they immediately changed my room. staff was very helpful through stay w/ directions & lost items. yes the hotel is kind of old but it is really cheap compared to other hotels in the area. it even had a nice pool & a playground.

  This property was on my atf list, remodeled 2+ years ago, it is now going downhill fast, rooms dirty, dust and trash in corners, staff indifferent.
