  Fire exits were either locked or had a masterlock on them except the doors all way down on the opposite side of hotel, balcony was filthy with cigarette butts all over, and the was too be chains on the door, but there wasn't, I alerted the front desk and nothing was resolved. We will never stay there again.

  Hotel was within walking distance of falls casino and all other activities on american side.room was clean some signs of repair needed in bathroom were water had leaked from ...

  HOTEL WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF FALLS CASINO AND ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES ON AMERICAN SIDE.ROOM WAS CLEAN SOME SIGNS OF REPAIR NEEDED IN BATHROOM WERE WATER HAD LEAKED FROM SHOWER.

  I stayed here with my 3 children and will def be back in the future. The staff was helpful with activities for the children and myself. It was our first time trying Indian food....its very different! The falls are within walking distances which is a plus! The people around the area seemed to greet us with welcome arms. The area is quiet and safe.

  I came with my boyfriend just for a quick get away. The hotel provided us a continental breakfast, the front desk clerk was kind to make me coffee throughout the night. The heat was awesome in the room!!! The hotel smelled fabulous.........IT SMELLED SO FRESH AND SO CLEAN! The location is absolutely wonderful. Walking distances from all attractions to include the falls, canada, and the casino! KUDOS TO ALL STAFF

  I was greeted by a warm and smiley face. The front desk clerk went above and beyond the call of duty. I was here for my honey moon and the staff at the hotel made it all the better. I was informed where to go and how to get there. My room was very clean and all my request were meet in a timely manner.
