  Rooms unclean, ants on carpet, wireless internet unreliable, staff rude. rates were cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.

  On day one, housekeeping woke me up to inquire whether or not I would be in need of their service. Not pleasent, but forgivable. On day two, housekeeping knocked on my door, and before I could answer, she burst right in!!!!! Thankfully I was clothed. Did I mention the shower didn't work? No microwave, nor fridge in the rooms. Inexpensive rates, you get less than what you pay for here!!! My rating...zero.

  I find this place a nice and cozy one like my home. The hotel staffs are very kind and friendly and the location of the hotel is great, very quiet area and also is very close to almost every kind of store you may need. It is so relaxing making your own coffee using the coffee-maker after a long trip in the hotel room. Enough towels in each room are so interesting. The breakfast is great, which consists of bread, bagels, pastries, cheese, butter, jam, orange and apple juice, coffee and tea, etc?, and all are free for the guests. Daily newspaper will keep you up-dated too. This is the place I have chosen and also recommend to my friends who decide to have a trip to Buffalo south area. Seyed-Mohsen Nojoumi

  For the price you can't beat this place. The room was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast was take what you want and go. But good enough for the money. There is a sports bar/restaurant next door. The food was really good.
