  The hotel was clean and nice. there was some cracks in the ceiling and the restroom but over all a nice stay. the price was alittle high.

  Minuses. the room smelled musty, there were no towels (error on part of housekeeping apparently) and the air conditioner cycled (on/off) every 10-15 minutes which kept waking me ...

  Minuses. The room smelled musty, there were no towels (error on part of housekeeping apparently) and the air conditioner cycled (on/off) every 10-15 minutes which kept waking me up. Pluses. It was quiet, the AC was very cold (set it on air only to keep it from cycling), parking convenient, parking, very close to A&M and a couple of restaurants. People at the front desk were very nice even though they were very busy. Neutral. Boring but OK breakfast.

• Decent Place to Stay for Quick Trip to A&M

  I stayed here while visiting for a Texas A&M football game. They have a good continental breakfast available every morning. It has coffee, juices, milk, cereal, muffins, danish, you can even make your own waffle. Staying by myself I did not feel terribly safe, but I didn't feel threatened either. The room was fairly clean of dirt and bugs and as far what the maids can do; however, you can tell that is somewhat old and overused with stains and such. The air-conditioning worked great! The location is great for Texas A&M! I would stay there again, but I do feel it is a little over priced. Overall, the experience was fine.

  The rooms were clean and for being in a college town, the motel was really quiet. my only dislike was needing more washcloths in the bath.
